Zaha is not simply some sorcerer villain. That is why he cannot be killed ; he is eternal and immortal. He can only be dealt with and temporarily sent away.
The scene where Zaha has turned the heroes company to stone and is waiting for Carrot to either release his wrath to the world or to himself is simply genius-the evil within ones shelf can make you hurt others or hurt yourshelf after paralyzing you in fear and anger.
This anime has everything: comedy,ecchi ,a plot as good as it gets and a soundtrack that is guaranteed to hit level of 90's nostalgia never seen before.

There are also a few characters in the series who like to transform, which results in the good old mahou-shoujo-transformation.
While it's funny to see that a few times, it gets quite annoying after a while, especially when they do it every episode.
The series is in the good old '90s style, which means that the video is a bit darker than the ones we know from the years. The sound is done well, and again we see Hayashibara Megumi pop up as one of the seiyuu , which usually indicates that at least one voice is done well.
There's not much to say about the voices after that because none of them did a very bad job, but there are also no seiyuu who did a really good job to remember.
The story is about nonexisting. It's hardly worth talking about a plot, since most of the episodes are about the silliness of Carrot Glace and his sidekicks, which hardly holds any substance.
The episodes are mostly one-episode-per-story episodes, so there's not much excitement either except for a quick laugh.
And that's what makes Bakuretsu Hunters bad; the series is not that funny that you can laugh about it and most of the time feels more silly than funny.
The last few episodes or so do involve a story, but by then I think most people have already stopped watching, or won't like the serious tone of the episodes.
Some of the characters are done well, like Carrot himself, but the rest of the cast - especially Gateau and Marron - really haven't had a decent appearance or dialogue throughout the entire series.
They hardly have any decent dialogue, which is pretty sad, since we hardly know any more about them than their main abilities and their names.
But also Tira and Chocolat hardly have any substance, except for the semi-romance stuff, which stays usually at the 'Darling!
Bakuretsu Hunters could be rewatchable if it was funny or at least interesting to watch, but other than that is there not enough substance or interest to make it rewatchable.
There are very few real jokes as well, which doesn't make this series really enjoyable either. And due to the 26 episodes, one would probably stop watching halfway already because there is no progress at all.
Not only is there no progress in the plot, but there is also none in the character development, romances or anything else. It just drags on and grows boring.

In his defense, Carrot doesn't view himself as being unfaithful to the Misu sisters; he has a brotherly love for them rather than a romantic type, and he feels uneasy with the notion of being with Tira or Chocola romantically and thus, uses this rationale to chase after other girls.
Unfortunately, this doesn't suit very well with the sisters, who think he ignores their affections. As a result, when they are not in battle with sorcerers, Carrot is often the victim of the Misu sisters' barrage of whippings as punishment for his constant infidelity or what they perceive as infidelity towards them, which is another reason Carrot fears both the sisters.
Later in the series, he professes his love to both Tira and Chocola and even marries Tira at the end of the manga.
